Campbell & Co are an independent Sheffield based commercial and industrial property consultancy, having been established in the city for over 20 years. The practice was formed by Alastair Campbell, previously an Associate Partner and founding member of Knight Frank in Sheffield, who has over 30 years experience dealing with property across the North of England.
Since establishment, the company has secured an excellent reputation for successful results, mainly in office and industrial agency, acting on behalf of both landlord’s and tenant’s, but the practice also undertakes professional work, development and investment brokerage, together with leisure and roadside based transactional and professional work.

Requirements
We act on behalf of private family Trusts, property companies up to the largest and most acquisitive of institutions in acquiring a broad range of vacant and/or investment property across all sectors of the market, whether this be in the retail, office, industrial sectors or housing land, roadside or A3, 4 or 5 sectors of the market.
We currently have investment requirements from various companies all with funds to spend in any sector of the property investment or development sectors.
We are looking specifically for office buildings to buy outright in sub prime areas such as Doncaster, Wakefield, Barnsley, Nottingham etc. Other areas will be considered on their merits.
