AVIVA EXIT THE BALANCE

In what turned out to be the biggest office deal of 2011, Campbell and Company and joint agent BNP Paribas have secured the disposal of 30,000 sq.ft. of vacant surplus office space on behalf of Aviva in the Balance ( formerly the City Plaza) an iconic office building located in the Sheffield City Centre.

The space, which was combined with the building owners vacant 20,000 sq.ft., was acquired by Knight Frank, Sheffield on behalf of Plusnet, the Sheffield based internet service provider to assist in their expansion in the city.

Plusnet aim to move into the building post some re-furbishment work by the Spring of 2012.
