Acting on behalf of Geoff Hall Carpets Limited a long established and well know Sheffield business, Campbell and Company have let the entire business premises on Shoreham Street to a new brewery, Sentinel Brewing Company Limited, which is headed up by Alex Barlow, Master Brewer.

The deal was completed in an ‘off market’ transaction after Sentinel received planning permission in mid 2015 to establish a bar, brewery and restaurant on the site.

It is planned to open the new venue in the Spring of 2016 post extensive re-modelling of the existing buildings on the site.

Geoff Hall have re-located their business to Monyash in Derbyshire.

We are pleased to have secured a successful outcome for both parties after quite a few months of negotiation.
