NEW TENANT AT MEADOWHALL HOUSE

Acting on behalf of private investment company, Sheffield Investment Company Limited, Campbell and Company partnered with PPH Commercial, Hull have let the first floor of Meadowhall House, a prominent stand alone detached office building to expanding Sheffield specilaist services provider HS Direct Limited. Alastair Campbell commented ' we are delighted to have let the first floor to HS Direct as the space had only just been refurbished. There appears to have been an improvment in the number of enquiries from companies looking for modern out of town office space.

The ground floor which provides approximately 2,500 sq.ft. of modern open plan space remains available to let.

The letting of Meadowhall House follows the letting by the same 2 agents of the First Floor of Shepcoate Office Village to Close Consumer Credit Finance Limited.
