OFFICE COMPLETION AT ORGREAVE

Acting on behalf of Threadneedle Property Investors, Campbell and Company are pleased to confirm completion of a sale of a 9,500 sq.ft. office building on the estate formerly occupied by the South East NHS Primary Healthcare Trust.

The purchasers, a private Sheffield based company, have bought the property partially for owner occupation partially for investment. 

'Whilst the price was not as strong as we would have liked, this none the less was a sale in difficult market conditions where bank funding is still difficult to secure, so we felt this was the best outcome for our client's', commented Alastair Campbell, principal at Campbell and Co.
