In a deal brokered by Campbell and Company on behalf of a private client, Pieminister Limited the funky/specilast pie retailer are set to open their first retail outlet in South Yorkshire on specialist shopping Street, Division Street in Sheffield.

Division Street is well known for it’s individual food and retail traders with the likes of Scottish chain Brew Dog and many others represented on the street.

The company have taken a new Lease on the failed former Nosh unit and are currently busy fitting the unit out ready for opening in early Spring 2018. The premises will be licenced.

The letting demonstrates Campbell and Co’s excellent contacts in the retail and leisure field.

We are eagerly awaiting their opening in the city and I am sure with a strong student representation in the area, the new unit will trade well.
