Recent Acquisitions

Some simple but typical acquisitions completed by the company over the last 12 months or so include the following:
1. Jessops Riverside, Sheffield - 6,500 sq.ft. of offices with parking acquired from local developer J.F.Finnegan on behalf of the well known roadside restaurant brand, Little Chef. The company have now re-located their main administration and finance functions from the Home Counties to South Yorkshire.
2. Unit 2, Broadfields Business Park, Sheffield - 12,500 sq.ft. of grade A offices plus parking acquired from Broadfields Park Limited on behalf of international chartered accountants, Grant Thornton LLP. Campbell and Co. subsequently disposed of the Freehold interest in Grant Thorntons former victorian offices at 28 Kenwood Park Road for over £ 750,000.
3. Psalter Lane, Sheffield - acting on behalf of a consortia of private medical consultants, the company have acquired the former headquarters of the British National Red Cross for conversion to a private consulting clinic.
