Rockingham House welcomes One Medicare

Acting on behalf of national developer Watkin Jones Group, Campbell and Co. have achieved the first significant office letting of 2009 having let 16,000 sq.ft. of ground and first floor office/D1 space to Leeeds based One Mediacre for use as an NHS funded walk in medical centre.

The scheme was opened on 1st April 2009 after fitting out from a 'shell'  by Lincoln based Lindum Costruction.

The majority of the scheme comprised over 100 student residential units which have also all been pre-let.
