Acting on behalf of the Rick Bestwick Pension Fund, Campbell and Co. have now successfully completed the sale of this surplus Cold Storage Warehouse located in North Sheffield to expanding oriental food specialist Taj Foods Limited from London.

The building which provided over 27,000 sq.ft. of cold storage space was sold Freehold with vacant possession at a price of £ 1,375,000.

Campbell and Co had previously let the same warehouse to national chilled food distributer GIST who located in early 2018 to a large warehouse at Markham Vale, Chesterfield.
