SUCCESS FOR MORLEY AT PARKWOOD

The combined units have been let to national plumbing and trade supplier, BSS Group Plc, who have relocated their PTS subsidiary from a smaller unit on the Esate which Campbell and Co. are now marketing to let.

The combined units provide approx. 33,000 sq.ft. of quality warehouse accommodation. A rental of £ 4.25 p..s.f. was achieved on new Leases.
