The new Voice of Broomhill

Acting on behalf of international insurance giant, Aviva, Campbell  and Company have let 11,000 sq.ft. of surplus offices in the Sheffield suburb of Broomhill to expanding Sheffield based customer contact specialist, Voice Comunications Ltd.

The letting involved a reasonable level of refurbishment to the building undertaken by DTZ.s building consultancy division and this letting follows a letting of another building on the site also on behalf of Aviva of 16,000 sq.ft. to A+ English an expanding language school.
