Velocity 1 Now Let

Campbell and Company, Sheffield are pleased to confirm that the entire first phase of offices within the landmark city centre Velocity scheme has now been successfully pre-let to Plusnet Plc, the national broadband supplier. The striking scheme comprises 4 floors of Grade A office space totalling 36,000 sq.ft.

This letting is the first in what is set to become one of the largest speculative built office developments in the Sheffield City centre. Phase 2 now on ssite will provide a further 67,000 sq.ft. of grade A office space and phase 3 a further 24,000 sq.ft. net. At the same time the developers are creating 600 secure underground car parking spaces and a further 400 residential units.
