Veolia takes Chesterfield

Acting on behalf of the receivers of the former GKN site on Sheepbridge Industrial Esate, Chesterfield, Campbell and Company are pleased to confirm a new 14 year letting to national waste company, Veolia.

The company have won the Chesterfield Council's waste contract and were looking for suitable premises to house their refuse wagons and for sorting waste, remarked Mr,.Campbell. We were able to offer them a 20,000 sq.ft. building that, post refurbishemnt, offered them just the type of facility they needed to fulfill the contract.

This is just the sort of ' add value' letting the company has become known for in the South Yorkshire area.

We have further space available and land on the site which can be put to a variety of potential uses.
