VFS Global Services Plc, the international visa and passport services organization have signed up to take a new Lease of 6,438 sq.ft. of office space on the first floor of the landmark Portergate office building on Ecclesall Road, Sheffield S11 8NX. 

The organization, who have processed over 1,000,000 Visa applications for international governments, chose the Portergate after scouring the Sheffield market for suitable office premises. Alastair Campbell of Campbell and Co, the Sheffield commercial specialists who acted for Aviva in securing the tenant commented ‘we had the right product at the right time in the right location and VFS were a delight to deal with’. This letting follows a re-location and expansion within the building by an existing tenant Clearlink’s Limited.

Mr.Campbell commented ‘we still have some space to let in the building and I am pleased to report we have interest in this space, reflecting a growing shortage in supply of modern office space in the city.’
